Over the course of human history, dreams and dreaming have captured the imaginations of scholars, mystics, prophets, and poets. A fertile landscape of metaphor, allegory, and symbology, the dream is a powerful container for healing, spiritual development, and sorcery. In this introductory class, we explore the fundamentals of dream magic - how to develop, enhance, and utilize your own dreaming as part of spiritual practice.

We’ll cover some of the history, mythology, and neuroscience behind dreams, but our primary focus will be on practical, actionable steps you can take to explore and enhance your own dreamspace, including:

• How to consistently and reliably remember your dreams

• How to achieve lucidity in dreams

• How to develop your own ‘dream lexicon’ (& throw out your dusty old dream dictionary!)

• How to perform dream divinations

• As well as spells and rituals to enhance your dream practice

This class is appropriate for beginners, but will also appeal to those with a strong natural inclination toward dreams and dreaming. A great primer for those new to magic, and full of unique methods and musings for those who have been walking the path a while.
